How many credits does a video use?

Each started 2 seconds uses 5 credits: an 8-second dance uses 20 credits. Longer dances use more credits, so the number of videos per pack varies. The template page and confirmation show the exact cost before you submit.

When will I be charged?

Review the one-time pack price and final checkout total before confirming payment. Credits are added after the payment provider confirms a successful payment.

What happens if a task fails?

The task’s reserved credits return to your available balance. You can review the task in My creations and the credit entry on the Credits page. Contact support with the task ID if the balance looks wrong.
