This policy explains how we handle account information, photos and videos when providing the service. Last updated: October 8, 2026.
Information used to run your account
We store account details, sign-in sessions, credit activity, task records and support tickets to operate the service. Check records contain media fingerprints, your permission declaration time, automatic or manual outcomes, notes and reviewer identifiers. Authorized operators can inspect private media when manual review is needed. Cloudflare hosts the application, database and private media storage and processes operational logs.
Your uploaded photos
Photos and results are stored privately on Cloudflare R2 and accessed through account authorization. When SeeAPI screening is enabled, it receives short-lived links to your prepared photo and generated video for NSFW detection. Your adult and permission declaration, together with a valid clean screening result, allows the request to continue automatically. Risk signals require manual review; an incomplete or invalid check keeps delivery pending. Screening does not independently verify age, permission, other harmful content or complete generation quality. If APIMart Gemini screening is explicitly selected instead, your prepared photo and generated video are sent to APIMart (Gemini 2.5 Flash) for content and framing assessment. When you confirm AI generation, the uploaded photo and reference video are sent to APIMart (Kling motion control) under its data handling terms. Viewing a reference clip does not send your photo to a provider. You can delete finished creations and their associated files from My creations.
Payment information
Waffo processes checkout and payment information under its own data handling terms. We send your account email, an account identifier and order details to connect payment with your credit balance. We retain order, payment and refund identifiers, amounts and statuses for fulfillment and reconciliation. We do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.
Cookies and browser storage
We use necessary session cookies for sign-in and local browser storage to keep a creation draft while you move between pages or sign in. These are used to operate the service. You can clear browser storage, but doing so may sign you out or remove an unfinished draft.
Deletion and questions
Use the delete action in My creations to remove a creation and its associated files from the app. For account data or other privacy questions, sign in and contact us through the support area. Operational and billing records may be retained where needed to investigate errors or comply with applicable law.
