Will both faces look exactly like the photos?
AI can change facial details, expressions, clothing and backgrounds, especially across cuts or when faces overlap. Clear portraits help, but likeness and exact action are not guaranteed.
Does the video include music and sound?
The model creates new instrumental music and environmental sound with the video. It does not copy the illustration’s soundtrack. Music and sound can vary between generations; review the downloaded MP4.
Can I change the scene or make it vertical?
The current template targets a 15-second, 720p, native vertical 9:16 MP4. The fixed story plan creates new settings and shots. Custom prompts, source-video uploads and other output formats are not offered here.
How long does generation take?
Generation time varies with supplier demand and the chosen length. The task page shows progress. If it needs attention, use the existing task and support link rather than creating another paid request.
What should I do if my task is still processing?
Return to My creations to check the original task instead of submitting again. Queueing, processing and additional review can take different amounts of time. Credits stay reserved while the task is pending. If you need help, send support the task ID; do not post your private photo or result link publicly.
What happens if generation fails or my video is rejected?
Reserved generation credits return to your available balance after a confirmed task failure or rejected result. Credits remain reserved while additional review is pending. Check My creations and your credit history; contact support with the task ID if the balance looks wrong. Returning task credits does not automatically refund a payment.
