Using the service
Features and availability may change. Keep your login secure and do not abuse the service, bypass access controls or interfere with other users. Only use the service if you can legally agree to these terms.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in photos you upload. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the features you request. You must have the necessary rights and consent. Do not upload illegal content or use someone’s likeness to harass, deceive or impersonate them.
Credits and purchases
Credit packs are one-time USD purchases processed through Waffo; they are not subscriptions. Checkout shows the final amount and any applicable taxes before you confirm payment. Credits are added after verified payment confirmation. Each generation shows its credit cost before you confirm. Credits are a service balance, not cash; returning task credits does not refund a payment. For payment refund requests, see the refund policy.
AI results and template rights
AI results vary and may contain visual artifacts or inaccurate movements. Generated examples illustrate a possible result and do not guarantee a matching outcome for your photo. Dance references remain the property of their respective owners. Access to a template does not transfer rights to redistribute the reference video or its music; check the rights relevant to your intended use.
AI model and output disclosure
AI dance generation uses Kling 2.6 Motion Control (kling-v2-6-motion-control), Standard mode, supplied through APIMart. The product uses preset dance references and fixed template prompts; users cannot enter custom text prompts or upload reference videos. Outputs are AI-generated and may contain visual errors. We operate an independent service and do not claim to be the official application of APIMart or Kling.
Acceptable use policy
This policy applies to uploaded photos, selected reference media and generated videos. Use only adult subjects whose likeness you have permission to use, or fictional adult characters you have the right to use. The following six categories are prohibited, including attempts to bypass safeguards.
1. Sexual or NSFW content
Do not upload or generate pornography, sexual acts, explicit nudity, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery. Sexualized edits of another person are prohibited, even if the original photo is ordinary.
2. Violence or gore
Do not upload or generate graphic injury, gore, torture, threats, material encouraging violence, or instructions or encouragement for self-harm.
3. Hate or targeted abuse
Do not create content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, discrimination or violence against a protected group, or targets a person with harassment or abuse.
4. Child-unsafe content and CSAM
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization or exploitation of anyone under 18, and any apparent minor in a sexual context are strictly prohibited, including synthetic depictions. This service currently supports adult subjects only.
5. Deceptive deepfakes or impersonation
Do not use a person’s likeness without permission or create deceptive impersonations, fabricated endorsements, fraud or non-consensual deepfakes. Public figures and political figures are not exempt. Do not present AI-generated actions as real footage of a person.
6. Copyright or trademark infringement
Do not upload or generate material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including unauthorized protected characters, brands or source videos. Access to a dance template does not grant the right to redistribute its reference video or music.
Content checks
Uploaded photos and generated videos receive automated content checks. Your adult and permission declaration plus a valid clean NSFW result allows the request to continue; high-risk signals require manual review. An incomplete, invalid or unavailable check does not count as a pass and keeps delivery pending. Automated screening does not independently verify age, permission or complete video quality. Photos must pass their checks before generation credits are reserved or media is sent to the generation provider. Photo quality tips are advisory and can be acknowledged to continue. Once video checks pass, you can privately play and download the result. We retain check records to resolve issues and operate no public user gallery.
Report content or appeal a decision
Email hi@aidancemaker.com, or sign in and open a support ticket, to report prohibited content, rights violations or an incorrect restriction. Include the relevant page or task ID, the reason for your report and a way to contact you. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or copies of illegal content. We review available records, may request clarification, and reply through the same channel when possible. You can request a second review with additional context.
Violations and service restrictions
We refuse prohibited or unresolved requests and keep unapproved videos private. Reviewers can reject photos or generated videos and remove violating files. We can pause generation across the service while investigating serious abuse. We may preserve necessary records or respond to lawful requests when required by law. Enforcement does not remove your statutory rights. Report a suspected mistake through the contact channels above.
